Mr. Gaev is a principal with Hettema Saba LLC, 2050 Proctor Road, Suite A, Sarasota, Florida.  The appraiser is a State-Certified General Appraiser 2992 by the Florida Real Estate Commission and a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).  Mr. Gaev has participated in full time real estate appraisal and consultation since 2003 focusing on projects ranging from single-tenant commercial buildings, complex special use projects, and various office, industrial, subdivision, and retail assignments.
